What does a factory reconditioned Kirby G5 entail?
All our Kirby G5 vacuum cleaners are imported from England. They come from official distributors and have only been used for demonstrations. Although these models are no longer in their original packaging, they are completely refurbished by us.
Thanks to large-scale purchasing, we can keep the price low without compromising on quality. Each vacuum cleaner undergoes a complete service in our workshop. All parts are checked and replaced where necessary.
Buy a Kirby G5 with a full overhaul
Rebuilt step by step
During every Kirby G5 overhaul, the vacuum cleaner is completely disassembled. The electric motor is carefully removed and taken apart into separate components:
- Rotor blade
- Armature
- Electro coil
- Main switch
These parts are thoroughly cleaned. In addition, the carbon brushes are replaced and the armature is machined.
The front and rear bearings, the rotor blade (impeller), and the headlight are also replaced as standard. We then reassemble the vacuum cleaner and carry out a series of intensive tests.
We also disassemble the wide beater bar. The beater brush and rubber bumper are thoroughly cleaned or replaced. The drive belt is replaced and the appliance is given a high-quality polish, so that it shines like new again.
