Silicone Sealant Adhesive for Front Housing – For All Kirby Vacuum Cleaners

The Silicone Sealant Adhesive for Front Housing is a high-quality silicone sealant designed for securing and sealing the front section of a Kirby vacuum cleaner housing. This MA PROFESSIONAL Grey 40g liquid gasket forms a durable, flexible rubber seal after curing. As a result, it creates a reliable connection that withstands vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stress.

Silicone Sealant Adhesive for Front Housing – Reliable Sealing

The Silicone Sealant Adhesive is particularly suitable for sealing the connection between the front section and the housing of a Kirby vacuum cleaner. Thanks to its silicone formula, the sealant adheres to suitable, properly prepared surfaces and forms an elastic gasket after curing.

Furthermore, the liquid silicone gasket cures when exposed to moisture in the air. This creates a flexible rubber seal that absorbs minor movements and vibrations without losing its sealing properties.

Its long-lasting elasticity also prevents the seal from easily hardening, shrinking, or cracking during normal use. Consequently, the connection between the Kirby front housing and the motor housing remains protected against unwanted air leaks.

Resistant to Temperatures and Vibrations

The MA PROFESSIONAL Grey silicone sealant adhesive is designed for applications where components are exposed to changing temperatures and mechanical stress.

With a temperature resistance ranging from -55°C to +200°C, the cured silicone gasket remains suitable for both cold and hot conditions. Moreover, the material is resistant to weathering and wear, ensuring a durable and long-lasting seal.

Because a Kirby vacuum cleaner generates vibrations during operation, a flexible seal between housing components is essential. Therefore, the elastic properties of this liquid gasket help maintain a reliable and airtight connection.

Silicone Sealant Adhesive for Front Housing – Easy Application

"Silicone

The Silicone Sealant Adhesive for Front Housing comes in a convenient 40g tube, allowing precise and controlled application of the sealant.

For proper adhesion, the contact surfaces must first be clean, dry, and free from old sealant residue, dust, and grease. Next, apply an even amount of silicone sealant adhesive to the designated sealing surface.

Afterwards, the front section of the Kirby vacuum cleaner can be attached to the housing using the correct assembly procedure. Allow the silicone gasket to cure sufficiently before operating the vacuum cleaner again.

By applying the correct amount of sealant, you also prevent excess silicone from entering the motor housing.
